If you use TIC Télécom's hosted phone services, remote support is included at no extra cost.
We're here to answer your questions, adjust settings on your phone system or user profile and, of course, help you whenever something goes wrong.
You can reach us in any of the following ways:

 | By phone From your phone system: dial the “STIC Support” extension set up on your system — usually 555 or 5555, otherwise 997. From outside: 1-833-842-4729 |
| Please note: without a hosted phone service agreement with TIC Télécom, labour charges may apply, billed in 15-minute increments. |
